Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Economy (2 to 6 business days)
  • Express (1 to 2 business days)
  • International Shipping: (contact sales support for international orders)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and its territories. For international countries please contact our sales support team at info@myivi.com so we can arrange FOB shipping from our main warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. You can track your order using FedEx's tracking portal.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@myivi.com within 2 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if eligible.
